This training session is geared to Restaurant Employees and General Hospitality employees, due to the nature of the program your group must belong to a recognized hospitality group or enterprise.

Day 1

Arrival to Florence, Departing 01-01-13 at 21:45 arriving to FLR 14:05

Day 2
Travel to Agriturismo IL BAGNOLO in Pienza, visit Podere il Bagnolo,
Pecorino Di Pienza DOC, walk through Pienza and dinner at Ristorante delle Archi, learn about Picci.

Day 3
Wake up 8:00 AM Breakfast 9:00 AM
Visit to Collematoni Brunello Producer in Montalcino. Winery Tour, Tasting and Lunch
Afternoon visit town of Montalcino
Evening visit to Bagno Vignone, thermal baths, bring bathing suits

Day 4
Wake up 8:00 AM Breakfast 9:00 AM
Visit Azienda Agricola Le Fioraie in Castellina in Chianti, winery tour and lunch
Afternoon arrival to Villa Geggianello, meet Chris Caplan for Wine Sensory Class (Court of Master Sommeliers program) featuring Brunello di Montalcino. Pizza Making at Villa Geggianello

Day 5
Wake up 8:00 AM Breakfast 9 AM
Visit Siena, salumerias and local gastronomy
Visit Villa Geggiano, wine Tasting and Winery Tour
Dinner at Villa Geggiano with Andrea Boscu winemaker from Villa di Geggiano

Day 6
Wake up 8:00 AM Breakfast travel to Florence
Check in Hotel Cosmopolitan, afternoon visit in Florence, walk through
R and R –

Day 7

AM Breakfast, free morning – Check in airport 12:00 PM return to USA

All meals, and accomodations as stated in the itinerary
