This guided tour will introduce you to the world of Jabugo cured ham at one of the top cured ham producers in the province

Day 1 – Madrid- Sevilla

Board fast train to Sevilla, free afternoon to visit La Giralda and Sevilla’s Historic Downtown

Day 2  Alacena Jabugo

AM Visit  to a farm where the Iberian pigs are raised, then visit the process and curing facility for the ham, afternoon tasting and cooking class at a local restaurant.

Day 3 Ronda

Visit the town of Ronda, private tour of Ramos Paul winery, and el Chantre ruins. Cooking Demo at El Chantre

Day 4 Ronda Malaga

Travel to Malaga Airport to board plane to Palma de Mallorca

Day 5 Colonia de Saint Jordi

Introducction to Mallorcan cuisine with Chef Nofre Diaz from Sarroseria Restaurant, Paella and Fideua cooking class

Day 6 Colonia Saint Jordi

Free day to explore the area, visit to markets and experience local cusine

Day 7 Palma de Mallorca – Barcelona

Travel to Barcelona, free time in Barcelona
